2. Medications: Prescription medications are generally non-refundable once dispensed, due to safety and regulatory reasons. Over-the-counter medications may be eligible for a refund if they are unopened, unused, and in their original packaging. Contact us within 7 days of receiving your order to request a refund for eligible over-the-counter medications. Refunds are subject to our review and approval.
